Whether you need power or portability, Samsung’s latest Series 7 Ultrabook ($1,329.99) is a super slender touch-enabled laptop with an Intel Core i5 (3337UM) processor, 256GB of Solid State (Flash) memory) and 8GB of system memory (RAM). Along with an elegant aluminum body, the 13.3-inch touch display features Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080), optimized to take full advantage of Windows 8’s live tiles and edge-to-edge apps. Multiple ports line the sides of the Ultrabook, including USB 3.0, HDMI, VGA, Ethernet, 3-in-1 memory card and headphone jack. As with the other Windows 8 machines in this round-up, there’s also integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity.
