Thinnest tablet PC
Also shown off at CES in January, the Toshiba Excite X10 currently holds the title of the world's thinnest and lightest tablet PC, making all the other tablets that went to the party feel fat and ugly. It's a slimline 7.7mm thick, weighs just 535 grams (the iPad 2, by comparison, is 601 grams), boasts a 10.1-inch screen, runs Android Honeycomb and has a 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. There are plans for both 16GB and 32GB versions, but it's not yet been confirmed how widely it will be released.
