Apple has finally unveiled the long-rumoured iPad mini in a product-packed announcement in California.The iPad mini joins the iPad 2 and the newly announced, faster iPad 4 (or fourth generation iPad) in Apple's tablet line up. Bad news for iPad 3 owners though - only six months after being announced, it's just been retired.
